The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, including providing ﬁnancial burial assistance for children of low-income families. No part of net earnings beneﬁts private individuals, and the organization will not engage in any lobbying or political campaigning.

The Malachi Antonio Memorial Fund is funded through public contributions. We are a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your contributions are tax-deductible. The Malachi Antonio Memorial Fund Tax ID# 41-4509686.

Upon dissolution of the organization, all assets will be sold and remaining funds will be donated to the organization of the remaining board members choice, however the choice must be a Texas based funerary assistance and shall be donated in the name of Malachi Antonio Garcia (The bereaved child that inspired this organization) and The Malachi Antonio Memorial Fund.
